  • Worked as an embedded product design consultant across multiple client teams, adapting to different ways of working, tech stacks, and organisational contexts.


  • Designed product flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for a range of digital product and service experiences, integrating into existing design practices and aligning with each team's delivery cadence.

  • Collaborated with client-side product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders from discovery through to delivery, often filling capability gaps or providing senior design direction where teams needed additional support.
